Role Overview: Join our vibrant 20+ employee company and be a key player in our growth as a Customer Support Agent. As the first point of contact for our users, you’ll provide exceptional support, assist with inquiries, and contribute to customer success initiatives. This hybrid role offers a mix of office and work-from-home days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels (chat, email, phone).
- Assist users in resolving technical issues and guide them through solutions.
- Engage with potential users to promote Airwayz services.
- Contribute to shaping future products based on user knowledge and understanding.
- Proactively reach out to existing users to optimize platform utilization.
- Be the dedicated point of contact for users, offering assistance whenever needed.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Support roles.
- Genuine interest in helping people and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
- Sales-oriented approach to engage potential users.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of managing stressful situations while delivering ideal customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in building or managing a Customer Support team is an advantage.
- Sales experience is an additional advantage.
